On schedule the seven storey office building Rheinische Street has been completed on the site of the "Dortmunder U" just in time for the move of the user BIG directly. It describes a block structure with an atrium in the West and a courtyard in the southeast. The façade with varying window sizes, pilasters and spandrel panels is made with regional typical high-quality clinker. By DGNB Certification in gold, it was certified by the German Society for sustainable construction.
