The Kap Forum located in the Agrippina dockyard at the Rheinau Port of Cologne defines itself as communication and network platform of its nine community partners Alape, BASF, Carpet Concept, Dornbracht, GIRA, Kvadrat, Silent Gliss, Wilkhahn und Zumtobel Staff. For the leading design and architecture orientated companies, a centre for exhibitions, consultation and trainings had to be created beyond their product presentation which is divided into the following three areas: convention, collection and planning.

We developed a space and exhibition concept including usage possibilities for small workshops,
large exhibitions and seminars with up to 200 people. The rooms can be rented as showrooms and converted for big events.

Each company was given the possibility to portray themselves by means of flexible, variable and relocatable presentation modules. Simultaneously, an integrated appearance around the topics planning and construction was created due to a shared reception, a material bar and work and topic isles.
