In the heart of Amman, in one of the most significant location, closer to many touristic project, with excellent view located on the 3rd round about directly, the client decided to develop luxurious 5 star serviced apartment building. UPA Italia by Paolo Lettieri Architects and UPA, Urbanism Planning Architecture, were invited by the client to find an innovative solution for the compound.

The podium levels will be used for high end retail outlets, with fully equipped gym and spa. The shape of the plot and the surrounding streets provide an excellent area for the design, especially with the differences of street levels that provide an immediate entry to the underground parking.

Within the plot of the project, a prominent villa of historical importance already exists and was maintained to respond to developed as a high quality restaurant. The overall height shall be 12 floors in addition to the underground parking level.

The design of the levels is characterized by free forms based on organic matrix and inspired by architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. This is developed with overlays staggered plans horizontals to model large terraces and balconies.
