Hardly affordable land in peri-urban situations lead to new solutions, the living and working in between. For this purpose, underused brownfield sites, vacant lots, roofs and Baucontaineranlagen in central locations for a specified period by the use of prefabricated room modules, and therefore cost-occupied and filled with life.

Especially suitable are existing Baucontainersiedlungen the modular construction of the principles of the container and allow the existing supply network through a simple tapping on the host, so that basic equipment is guaranteed energy.
