As a joint development (a partnership of convenience) of the towns of Böblingen and Sindelfingen the “Flugfeld” quarter represents an attractive complex for lots of companies. With its dynamic, powerful architectural idiom, the Gate 41 project symbolizes the complex’s innovative power. The building accommodates offices, commercial areas, production facilities and a parking deck in a flexible and economic concept.
