Transformation of the former boiler house and engine house of the former Kellogg factory for loft-living, urban production and the power station of urban quarter Überseeinsel on the banks of River Weser in Bremen. Building on the excellent location the transformed building is re-interpreting the qualities of the structure for living and working. An important feature are the winter gardens that allow for both outdoor areas sheltered from the winds of the Weser and industrial profiles of the glas surfaces.
