In 1993, the office POHL Architects was founded by Göran Pohl, which he leads with Julia Pohl since 1998 until today. The office is always supporting most visionary and innovative architecture. POHL Architects are working in integral planning processes for integrated building concepts. The main focus lies on the cost of construction, sustainability and resource efficiency, as well as the social aspects of architecture. With several completed projects, international prices and competition successes as the Ice-Speed-Skating-Hall in Erfurt, the media house and data center at the Bauhaus University Weimar, the Max Aicher Arena in the Bavarian town of Inzell and the New Exhibition LUXExpo Luxembourg POHL architects won a high reputation.
