Carolin Deckers studied architecture at the University of applied sciences Stuttgart, Germany. After completing her studies in 2000 she successfully worked on new building projects in the area of banking and office projects as an employed architect in Stuttgart and Frankfurt am Main.

In 2004/05 she successfully completed her postgraduate studies in International Project Management at the University of applied sciences Stuttgart during which she worked as a freelancer at Drees & Sommer AG Stuttgart.

Since 2005 Carolin Deckers has worked as a freelance architect specialized in project development, project management and planning. In national and international projects she succeeded advising and supporting clients, investors as well as planners.

Robert Käfferlein

Robert Käfferlein studied architecture at the Technische Universität München after successfully having completed his apprenticeship as a brick mason in 1992. After his degree in 1997 he began his career as an employed architect at Ruf + Partner Munich. In the following ten years he worked for various architecture offices for example, Hofmaier & Paeschke Munich and Höhler + Partner Aachen. During this time numerous residential and office buildings as well as school and hotel buildings were successfully planned and realized by him.

Since 2005 Robert Käfferlein has worked as a freelance architect supporting and guiding planning, construction management and project management teams. The coordination of general planning teams is as much part of his expertise as the continual consulting of clients from the beginning of planning all the way to the finished building.
