While I was waiting for the golden hour to commence, I watched the cows peacefully passing by at the bottom of the garden. The interior is rich in texture and natural materiality. Soon I was presented with a scene soaked in warm golden sunlight as it penetrated the interior. The timber-clad house has the appearance of gently resting on the ground, which was emphasised by choosing to photograph late summer when the grass is long enough to communicate the concept of floating.
