RAW Potsdam is the new innovative centre of the state capitol Potsdam. Situated along the traintracks near the main station, the existing landmarked repair hall will be formed by two new buildings The area offers great potential for the development of an important location for digital transformation and cooperation between business enterprises, science, start-ups, market leaders and young challengers.

The site will be developed into an innovative technology centre for research, teaching and services.

The existing repair hall will be restored and extended to form a campus with flexible offices,

generous common areas and other facilities required for the vitality of an innovative technology and research location. Two new buildings complete the ensemble with further office spaces, retail and fitness areas.
