Riedberg Westflüge

Twelve three strory apartement building with a total of 115 units are built on the 14.500m² area in the district of Riedberg, Frankfurt. The houses are defined by a modern, elegant and softly moved architectural language. Colour and the choice of material emphasize the round corners and individualize the asymmetric homes in the entrance area and the loggias. The loggias cut into the volume with a certain depth to structure the façade. Individuality in consistency can only be realized through a superior, calm and elegant architecture and form language that combines them to a whole. The Homes are aligned parallel to the surrounding street, where they slightly twist on the property. The timeless district will stand for individual housing in a green atmosphere, near the city of Frankfurt. One third of all rented flats are sponsored by the city program for family housing and senior accommodations. Through a barrier free ground floor, all HBO requirements are met more than sufficiently, as well as meeting the passive house standards in all houses.
The building application was filed in May 2017 - the groundbreaking and begin of construction took place in 2017.
