The arrangement of the accompanying buildings creates a protected high quality residential area. Two central spaces inside the loosened structure provide places for playing and staying at the heart of the district. Character and identity of the district are strengthened by varying facades maintaining common materials. The residential area is characterized by a high proportion of green spaces divided into private and common used areas.
