This 89-metre tall high-rise office tower has a transparent shell. The site required the creation of two different addresses on either side of the tower. The building’s geometry reflects these two aspects of the site. The landscaping around the tower links to the meadows on the banks of the nearby Rhine river to the east and to the leafy district of Golzheim to the west. The flexible plan permits a wide range of office layouts, including individual, cell and open-plan offices. Up to two leased units can be accommodated on each floor. The transparent façade gives the high-rise a light and delicate appearance. The glazing allows unobstructed views over the city and the Rhine.
