Ideally, the history of a site and its present situation, as well as the constellation of its future uses, will lead to a clear and meaningful concept that can be implemented at a high level of quality. In our work, we pursue the objective of formulating an idea for each task that is in keeping with the site and the planned function, while endowing the location as a whole with a sense of identity.

With this in mind, we carefully analyze the problem as defined and the program and study the site to establish its history, its special qualities and characteristic features.
